How It All Began

Wellbeing Foundation was established with a vision to ensure equitable access to quality primary healthcare for all in Bangladesh. What began as a small student-led health awareness initiative in Dhaka has grown into a community-driven organization addressing critical public health challenges.
With a focus on primary healthcare strengthening, maternal and child health, nutrition, and climate-resilient health practices, the foundation empowers youth and community leaders to drive sustainable change. Today, through data-driven and evidence-based approaches, Wellbeing Foundation continues to improve health outcomes for underserved populations across multiple districts.

A healthy, equitable, and climate-resilient society where every individual—especially mothers, children, and vulnerable populations—has access to quality primary healthcare, education, and the opportunity to lead a dignified life.

Our Mission

To strengthen primary healthcare systems and improve community well-being by delivering accessible, quality health services with a focus on maternal, child, and adolescent health; promoting nutrition and climate-resilient health practices; fostering youth engagement and community leadership; and implementing data-driven, evidence-based programs to serve underserved populations in alignment with national priorities and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
